Chief Executive Officer

With over 30 years in the leadership consulting and executive coaching field, Denise Stein has
worked with hundreds of organizations and thousands of individuals, helping them to identify,
engender, and achieve key corporate and individual goals.

“Building an engaged, focused, and effective team is key to success for any organization.
Whether you have 2 employees or thousands, alignment on key goals, priorities, and strategies
is imperative for producing sustainable results,” says Stein.

As an entrepreneur and business consultant, Denise has participated in the evolution of
business practices and mental models within client organizations and industries. After working
with clients to establish clear Goals and Strategies, Denise helps executives and organizations
anticipate key issues, identify and mobilize strengths, and implement practices to address
ongoing organizational and individual challenges.

Denise is a member of ICF NYC (International Coach Federation – New York City) and served
on the ICF NYC Election Committee for the 2017 Board of Directors. Denise has served on
numerous Boards of Directors and Trustees, including Detroit Institute of Arts Detroit Film
Theatre, DIA Founders Junior Council, Detroit Medical Center Rehabilitation Institute of
Michigan, Mentor Michigan Provider’s Council, and many more.

Leslie Osborn has worked in a variety of industries and organizations, giving her an invaluable
perspective on organizational leadership and culture. After completing her Bachelor of Science
Degree in Organizational Psychology at Manhattan College, Leslie worked for several
businesses, including a credit card startup – Revolution Money (sold to American Express within
3 years), the New York Stock Exchange as a Digital Product Manager, and for MRM/McCann as
a Client Engagement Manager.

Each of these roles presented challenges in leading individuals and teams across organizations,
helping to identify and resolve complex obstacles to success. Leslie’s keen insight into human
behavior and skills in organizational development, combined with her indelible energy and
attention to detail give Leslie a unique advantage in helping clients to produce extraordinary
results.

While Leslie stayed home during the early/formative years of the lives of her two children,
Leslie continued her leadership role as President of a Non-Profit Moms’ Club, became a Certified
Group Fitness Instructor, volunteered in her community, and founded a Productivity Coaching
business. She and her husband, Jeff, continue to support local organizations and charities.

As the former Director of Protocol for the Honorary Counsel for the Republic of Botswana, she provided business protocol counsel to professionals engaging in business in Botswana. Known for her candid approach, Char is a straight shooter who produces results.
